I'm quite sure you'll find the Manhattan records at the NYC Archives at 31 Chambers Street. And I would hazard a guess that they also have the Brooklyn Court records. Personally, I have research some New York City (Manhattan) court records there, but I have also seen indexes to court records upstairs in another department. However, since you know the particular court, I would first search the web-site of the NYC Archives and see if they mention those particular records, and if not I would contact the archives directly---ask for Ken as he's the big cheese---the small man behind the desk is a @#&$%@# and is not particularly amiable to those asking questions.
