BUT, according to Conn, he filed a will in NY in 1948. It should have been probated sometime from 1972 to 1975. I am interested in the contents of the will and would be happy to pay someone to transcribe or copy sizer1847@gmail.com He also married Helen Applebee in Kings County sometime after 1940.
