The entry from the source pertains to the court records that can be researched at "John Jay College of Criminal Justice, City University of New York Lloyd George Sealy Library." The Library might have your court records on microfilm, which means that this wouldn't be the primary repository of these records---but, maybe through the Library, you can hire a student to check out these microfilmed records, that is, if these are the records your looking for.
