I check http://www.germangenealogygroup.com/ and Tommaso Iaccarino is not listed in the index. I tried several ways to locate him. I put the film number in and found the description: Birth certificates no. 13101-16675 1893. I'd suggest you order the film and look at it for yourself because person doing the indexing for Familysearch did see it.
