As I was told, I was adopted right out of Peck Memorial Hospital in Brooklyn, NY (NY City). My adoption papers have my birth name as "Male Pfeffer". I confirmed my birth name and my birth mothers maiden name both as "Pfeffer" via the NY city birth index. My birth mothers 1st name "may" be Janet but that could be wrong. My older sister was adopted as well, born Jan 28, 1967. We both came from the same birth mother, same hospital. My sister's birth name confirmed as "Female Pfeffer". The lawyer that handled both adoptions is Leonard N. Tarr. Anyone with ANY info, PLEASE contact [email protected] This is important to us.
