I am trying to find information on him for my genealogy research. Do you know how I could possibly contact someone to find information on him? My grandmother's name was Anna Kaufman Wolf. My father's name was Samuel Wolf. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Jacqueline Wolf Vulic Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. I have tried finding his birth on the Norwegian church records, and census, but can't find him. His parents were Berent Johan Ericksen and Marie Elisabeth Andersen, but can't find them either. Leon A. Harvey. For many years he was the pastor of the Fourth Unitarian church in Brooklyn. He resided at 798 Elmore Place, Brooklyn from at least 1910 through 1930. He was born in Pennsylvania 1860, so by the 1940 census he would be about 79 years old. He apparently appears in the 1940 census having returned to Pennsylvania and living in what is most likely an old folks' home. Rev Harvey, may be a Baptist Min. I was told my 18 yr old uncle may have been staying with him in 1940. I may take you up on that. I went to St Patrick's web site and they don't have any contact info for genealogical records, so I'll give them a call Monday morning and see who I need to contact. Don't let that one bad experience deter you. I had one bad experience but also had an amazing one. I once called a nun who was the historian of a particular Dioces. I was a bit nervous due to my encounters with nuns during my Catholic upbringing. We ended up having a very nice chat about history and records and even joked a bit.
