Two of my sisters are listed as Female, no given name was recorded. That was fairly commen many years ago but less common now. They were born in 1921 and 1931, so it could be that the certificate you want is listed as Female Fox or Baby Girl Fox. She was married and living in Queens at the time of the 1920 census. I've just looked at the 1915 New York census. Her occupation in that census is 'Housework' not 'School' as it is for her younger sisters, Eleanor and Esther.
