I think it was the Library of Congress. When I searched for a very specific article, I learned that the archiving process was incomplete. I emailed a contact person who I found on the website. It took them two months to reply, but they told me that they hoped to have the rest digitized sometime this year. But here is the kicker.... I can't seem to find that link now. Due to diminishing advertising revenues, increased material costs, predatory competition and labor problems many newspapers either closed or merged with other papers, The New York Sun merged with the World-Telegram in 1950 forming the World, Telegram and Sun. In the middle seventies there was a larger merger in a final attempt to keed newspaper revenues alive, but it failed leaving only a few nespapaers in the field. To the best of my knowledge, the archives of the New York Sun were never digitized. If fact I cannot even say how completely they were microfilmed. The only chance that I can think of is to contact the Latter Day Saints and/or the main libraries in New York City to see if they have copies. Henry's first marriage, to Lizzie M. Walser, was on March 3, 1895 (Kings #1234). His occupation is given as "jewelry cases." I'm not sure yet what happened to his wife or when he married Margaret Smith (nee Bricken). Margaret's first husband, Gustav Smith, died in 1898. On July 12, 1900, Margaret gave birth to daughter Hester ("Harriet") (Kings #12739). Henry died on February 23, 1903 (Kings #3581). According to subsequent censuses, Margaret married Martin Bashwiner. I have yet to find a record of that marriage. I realize that I haven't answered your question, but hopefully all this helps.
