Every Memorial Day we march in most of them and do a Ceremony to honor the Veterans. If this snow keeps up it might end up being 4th of July this year. I live in Cape Vincent and although it is the Town of Cape Vincent present day prior to that it was all the Town of Lyme. Prior to forming the Town of Lyme it was part of Brownville. The First Favret to settle in the area settled in the French Settlement of Rosiere just outside of Cape Vincent and some descendants settled in around other locations in the area.
