TURIN-DeAlton, E. Cranker, 75, died on Saturday in Low-ville. Mr. Cranker was born in DeKalb Most of his life was spent in this area. For several years, he operated a.farm in Collinsville. He was employed by his stepson, George German, in a logging operation. In 1930, he married Eva Bell. Mrs. Cranker died in 1966. He was a member of the Methodist Church. Besides his s.tepson George Getman of Constableville, he leaves a daughter, Mrs. Bernard (Gladys) Pate of .Castorland; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Stanley (Dorothy) Moxley, New London and Mrs. Norbert (Pauline) Seelman, Constableville;. another stepson Douglas German, Cooperstown; a half-brother, Floyd Cranker, Black River and a half-sister, Mrs. Robert (Cora) Chaufty, Dexter. ; The funeral will be at 1:30 Tuesday from the Trainor Funeral Home, Boonville. Chaufty, died Tuesday in the Edward John Noble Hospital, Gouverneur, where she had been a patient one day etc -Clayton Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 t 9 p.m. and Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. Surviving are a son, Floyd Cranker, Black River;-anothed daughter, Mrs. Eric (Sabelle Salisbury, Hastings; a step-son, D. Alton Cranker, Potters Corners; a sister, Mrs. William (Sue) Naylor, Long Branch, N.J.; a brother, Fred Wood, N e p t u n e , N.J.; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Born May 3, 1893, at Clayton, a daughter of Stanley nd Linda Cranker Wood, she vas married twice. Her first msband was Adelbert Crank- >r. He died. She was married o Gordon Tracy of Ausbury Park, N.J.,- Jan. 29, 1929, in Connecticut. He died Nov. 30, 1960. They lived in New Jersey u n t i l 1930, when they moved to D e x t e r .
