The information on Rootsweb is what I have been compiling for the last 10 or 11 years. When I go to Jefferson County, I will be looking for records to explore Elizabeth's (Sweeny,Sweenie) parents. I have never been able to find anything on her. If I can find an old property deed, her parent's names should be on it...I think.
