I'm hoping to find someone with some Cape Vincent, families from Jefferson, NY. I have family there from there from previous to 1859. I'm hoping if there is an active group of families from that time era we may all be somehow related since there weren't that many families back there then. I descend from Asa Hall b.1788, d.1859 in Cape Vincent. He had 13 children, surely there are other Hall researchers out there looking for family! :)  Jan in Washington

Jan, my ancestors were in the Cape Vincent area from about 1840. But I have no Halls in my family tree. I have Stumpf, Swallia, Gosier, Constance.
