    3. Hi Steve, I have done some work on the Hentze family as my husband's grandfather was Fred Hentze here in Chaumont, NY about 5 miles west of Brownville. I don't think that I have anything to help you, in fact you seem to have more than I have. My work starts with Henry Hentze, who was born in 1759. Some years ago I was corresponding with Beatrice Teeter, a Hentze descendent. I think that she was from Illinois. I'm not sure that I could even find her address any more. Let me work on this some more and see what else I can dig up. Someplace I have a copy of a page from the Hentze family bible with the vitals. I think that I have recorded all of the dates and they referred only to those descendants of Henry. I will see if I can find that page. Please stay in touch. I haven't worked on my genealogy in a while, but I will see what I can find.
