can anyone advise me if there is a Historical Society in Jefferson County or the town of Rutland in particular.? I had been tearing the county of Oswego apart for 3 years only to just learning they were at Rutland before moving to Oswego! Am looking for a Gideon Hall marrying a Lois Maltby. Understand the Maltby name was quite well known there! thanks Grove
