Mark I think your Amanda must be related to my Coles from Westmoreland, NH. Some of them emigrated to Jefferson Co. NY in the early 1800's. One was Levi Cole of Watertown. My Edith Cole married Benoni Patten at Westmoreland and later lived at Theresa, Orleans, Alexandria, and perhaps other places in Jefferson Co. I haven't sorted out all the Coles yet. If I find Amanda, I'll let you know.
