Terri Bright has asked for the location of Lyon Corner possibly in the Town of Adams. Does anyone know of such a place? And while we're on the topic, please send in names of hamlets or neighborhoods that are not on our list. Names like Dingman Point (where I grew up) or Elm Flats (where my husband went to school) are found on few maps, and are quite unknown to people not living in that particular township, even in the same county. If your ancestor lived at DeLaFarge Corners, we know she was somewhere close to LaFargeville, but certainly not in the metropolis! We pass through Scoville Corners, Seven Bridges, and Gunns Corners on every trip Watertown before we reach Depauville, and turn off for Clayton Center. For instance, Three Mile Creek Cemetery is NOT Three Mile Bay cemetery for which I was corrected recently. Let's see what we can do!
