The hamlet is Indian River. It's about 10 miles North of Watertown (if i remember right). There's even an exit for it on Route 81. I believe there's a Falls there it's a local swimming hole. Used to be a mill there. Kinda a dangerous place...and pretty famous with the locals. It might be a lot like my own area. We have little places named Sandy Point, Rural Hill, Wordwell Settlement. Most aren't on any map. So I think you'd need to assume that Indian River Falls is part of Indian River township. I used to go to the school for sport events. I'll ask some of my school chums more about it there's a few that live up that way.
