To find the Col. Elisha Camp estate on the 1864 map [available at http://www.rootsweb.com/~nyjeffer/hounsmap.htm] scroll until you see the part with the village of Sackets Harbor in it. With your eyes, follow the "hook" the harbor makes -- see how it sort of points back at village shore? The white block it points to is the Camp grounds (hah hah) and the black dot in the center of that block was his house.
