World Connect Family Trees | SSDI | State Web Sites | Projects | Transcriptions | Primary Records | General Links | Mailing Lists | Classifieds | GenConnect | Guestbook | Calendar The SSDI, for those of us not up to acronyms, is the Social Security Death Index, which a couple of years ago some of us had to buy. Now they are free on the web. For those of you who are looking for specific books on Jefferson County, Child's Gazetteer, for instance, check out the Classifieds.
