I am looking for any type of record for the birth (or that shows the existence) of Arthur Roy McBride in Watertown, Jefferson County, in January 1883. He was the son of James C. and Mary McBride. I have ordered his birth certificate from NY, but I understand that could take months. Anyone who might have seen this I'd appreciate any help. I've been trying to trace this guy for the past 10 years. He is my grandfather. Jeanne Rosser
