William's brother George's ss application state's that he was born in Philadelphia PA and William's wife, Delia LARRABEE's death certificate states that she was born in Philadelphia PA also. I suspect that they were all born in Philadelphia NY. Can someone help? William was the son of Charles PROSSER and Ida BARRY. I have a picture of William and Delia posted to the web at the url listed below. Maybe someone will recognize either them or maybe there is a resemblance to someone else? If anyone has any information that might help in my search you have to know, I would be forever grateful!
