There also is a data base for all those who made the trek (or didn't, I assume) who wrote in journals and diaries that I can find out about if you want to try and access it. All six of my children are adopted but they consider our genealogy as theirs. We have a lot of fun doing it and we love pioneer stories. Have fun on your trip. Wish I was going back again!
