looking for information in the following family: David may be my Great Great Great Great Grandfather. Daniel Yerington, son of David who served in the battle of Sackets Harbor in the War of 1812, was born in this state and came to Sackets Harbor about 1840, where he died at the age of 42 years. He married Sylvia Dutcher, of Stowell's Corners, by whom he had nine children. One son, Fernando D., married Sarah, daughter of Selah and Sally (Bell) Burdick of Adams and they have one daughter, Helen. Mr. Yerington recently removed from Sackets Harbor to Brownville.
