Hi, Does anyone know if any member of the CLOUGH Family or associated families ever lived in upstate New York especially St Lawrence and Jefferson Counties. I have found members of the OATMAN family (David Oatman married Elizabeth Clough ) living in Adams, NY. If anyone has any information about this family, It would help me greatly. Jerry
