Apparently, Rootsweb (or Ancestry) has made a number of changes regarding the Message Boards. I can't get into the Jefferson County (NY) Message Boards, as I do every day. The Help Desk posted the following on 12/6/2006: 1 Message Boards: 2006-12-06 Message Board Updates The message boards have been updated. Please visit the RootsWeb Newsroom for a full announcement and details: http://blogs.rootsweb. The preceding URL has a lot of information for those who can understand it. One indicates that the Message Board Main Address is now: * <http://boards.rootsweb.com/>http://boards.rootsweb.com/ I just want to get into the Jeff. Message Boards for now. It also indicates we have to register to get in.....and to make matter more complicated I have an address change, which procedurally, I can't execute. Would some one of you who is blessed with brains, outline (on this list) the changes, so the less fortunate (in my case, OLD) of us can make sense out of it!
