I believe that the family of David and Jane Collier, including sons Lewis, George, Chester and Miles were in the area of Cape Vincent in the mid 1870's. Miles drowned in May of 1875 I am trying to locate where they lived, any record of employment for David, etc. By 1880 Jane is shown as a widow with 3 sons in Illinois.
