I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on the Rose family that may have resided in Jefferson county, New York. Melvina Rose Johnson (1823-1886) was the wife to Alberto Johnson who was my gg grandfather. I was wondering if anyone has any information on Melvina's parents...I do not have dates on them but I believe that their names are: Alfred Rose and Mahala Rose. Please help. Thank you!
