Hi Group For those of you who enjoy old letters and diaries I now have my website up and running -- right now you can read an 1897 Diary written by a Town of Hounsfield diarist -- 40 old letters of varying years written to/by residents in Town of Hounsfield near Brownville -- many from/to Michigan -- a high school debate (portions of) which happened in about 1922 regarding the Seaway, and religious poems written by Minnie A. Conklin -- more of everything to come, I hope. Will try to research the "Red Morning" and some other happenings of Jefferson County's "old days" -- plus, recipes and remedies from an old family cookbook....and the contents and names in two autograph albums -- lots of work ahead of my husband and me. Drop by and see what you think....you won't find much ornamentation, but maybe someday we'll decide to dress up! http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~twigs2000 Thank you, Shirley Conklin Farone Ashland, OH You are invited to our website -- all 40 "Old Letters" are now up!! http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~twigs2000/index.html
