Hi List Readers I am studying the CORLISS family of Alexandria. I came across something that I am trying to confirm. Ida H. CORLISS born March 17th, 1856 and died December 1, 1911 married a GETMAN on April 21, 1881 (all dates copied out of a family Bible). I came across a Biography from Tulsa Oklahoma that said the GETMAN she married was Simon J. GETMAN. (the Bio was on son Roy GETMAN). Does anyone have information on which GETMAN line Simon J. came from. I know there are a lot of them in Jeff County. Also - Ida is daughter of Lyman CORLIS(s) and Louisa STONE. Thanks Kim
