Hi Vieva Lewis County has the 1855 Census. They have every year from 1825 to 1925 with the Exception of 1845. That year is not available. The 1855 can be ordered at your local FHC for a small fee also. You do know that I am back up here in NYS now . After hearing the news about Florida tonight and the toronado I am thankful I only have snow to cope with. Having gone through 3 severe Hurricane's in 13 months and losing my entire home, my heart go out to those people. One never knows until they have gone through it. In our 70's (and with an ill husband) it is just too much to deal with. Still sorting out my files, but was able to save almost everything. Lost a few out of print books but salvaged many. By the way that gal never did get the Turin church records to me. But, I know the woman who is supposed to have them and I intend to stop there to see about getting a copy this summer.
