This *might* be father of Frank. He has the right name, is in the right geographic area and ages of children still in the family indicate that son Frank may be in his own household at this point. This is from HeritageQuest.com which I can access online from home thru my local library. Some public libraries will have this service for people with valid library cards. You might want to check with your local public library - also local colleges and universities which often offer library services to local citizens whether or not you are a student there. I saw no Frank Ure listed (indexed) but he might be living with in-laws or a sibling or name misspelled - there are many reasons why you might not find someone.
