    3. Tom I show that in Montgomery county it list a Johnson family, 2 generations: starts with Sir William JOhnson b: Warrentown, Ireland 1715. One of his children was Sir John Johnston, b: Johnstown NY 1742 one of his wives was a Clarissa Putman, they had a child by the name James Stephn 1785, killed a Badajoz. There is a couple blurps in "other Families" James John b bef 1774 m Maria Braum, daughter Elizabeth b 1791. Thomas Johnson (Thomas Jansen) b 1769-1770 m Eva..... 1769 Dau Catherine b 1/1769 and Maira Elizabeth 2/1770 There is a little more detail, but this will give you an idea!
