As any of you can tell who email me I have my only computer at my business. It is a retail wholesale store and any time I do on genealogy is at best limited. Sometimes when it is very quiet in the store I have more time. Now as to lookups on the Bill Barker CD I want to explain something. There are three county sections on the CD Each county section has a table of contents for the main section only there is no table of contents for the miscellaneous sections. so if you ask me to do a lookup I will have to first look in each county and if there is no main section for that name then I will have to look in the bulk of the section like r-t in Montgomery for instance. That is very time consuming and I honestly don't mind but it could take me a week to check out each request because of my time limitations. I really don't mind doing the lookups at all but it won't be fast. The CD seems to be only compatible with Windows 95 and better and you must have word to read the documents.
