NOT TO BE DISRUPTIVE OR ANYTHING BUT I think the way she/he wrote the SUBJECT HEADING was just fine. Having it ALL in caps in the SUBJECT is quite confusing and just looks like a bunch of letters. It couldn't have been too bad, it caught your eye! I've seen your letters before, specifically to me, when my subject was absolutely perfect.
