Seeking information on a PETER LOBDELL stated in 1855 census that he was born in Herkimer Co, NY and married (1) _________. This marriage probably took place in NYS prior to 1828. Two of their daughters were Mary Jane LOBDELL, born 1828, and married in 1848 Daniel Kingsbury and Lucretia LOBDELL born 1831 and married 1848 Marvin PARRISH. His (2) was a Susannah COX In 1825, Peter LOBDELL and family residing in Farmersville, Cattaraugus Co., NY. Cannot find him in 1820 or 1830 censuses. Daniel G.: p.1021, witnessed a wedding 5 May 1816, in present day Town of Mohawk, Montgomery County, NY - Henry Jones to Sarah Ann Fox, Fonda Ref, Church. A quick check reveals I am a first cousin, 5 g.r. of Sarah Ann. All I could squeeze out.
