Linda, You may want to try the site named Sampubco for they have a wealth of info on wills,there is one listed for Edmond Stevens of Newport. If you go to the site, just go to the search engine and it will be easy to do. Now they charge $9.00 for copies thru them, which isn't bad, but if you want to go thru surrogate court in Utica for copies of wills from Herkimer/Montgomery Co's. they now charge a higher rate for copies.
