His son, Daniel, was born in Herkimer in 1791 and later moved to Orleans County. The earliest he is on the census there is 1840 and then I lose track of him. He was married to Catherine Caswell. I know through tombstone info in Orleans that his father was Jacob, but it doesn't tell me a mother's name.
