Is there anyone on the mail list that can do census lookups? Would appreciate a census lookup for Russell Walker Furman who lived in Town of German Flatts. In 1790 Census, German Flatts was part of Montgomery County. Not sure what county it was assigned to in 1800. Regards, Bernie Long

He is some informarion about the Russel Furman family that are listed in William Barker's "Early Families of Herkimer County", p. 296 #9794: Russel Forman (Furman) m. by 1789 SARA .... pr. m 2 ANNA WOHLEBEN. On 1790 GF census (1-6-1). Russel Forman & Anna were sponsors for the Aug 1804 bp of Russel, son of Ger. Van Schlaik & Catherine Wohleben. #9795: pr. ROBERT B ca 1782; m. by 1805 MARIA WOHLEBEN #9796: HENRICH b. GF Mar 1788 (sp Hen. N. Staring & Elis.<Piper>) Bp at GF Reformed Church on 27 Apr 1788 #9797: RUSSEL b GF 23 Dec 1789 (sp John Smidt & Maria Elis.)
