Anyone have a cemetery index for Herkimer Co.? I just used gnis to look for cemeteries in Little Falls and got a fat goose egg. Does that mean that folks who lived in Little Falls were buried elsewhere? And where would that be? I am seeking a cemetery where John L. ADAMS may have been buried between 1840 and 1850. Jane in AZ

There are 73 cemeteries. I see 9 cemeteries for Little Falls area alone. Enter "Herkimer" in county name select New York select Feature Type - "cemetery" send query. you get 73 cemeteries. I doubt it is complete because USGS is trying to locate every cemetery, including abandoned and family cemeteries.
