I am not going to post any more messages other than if anyone wants to order it you send Bill Barker a check for 20$ to 25 Wheeler St Shelton CT 06484 USA Email: [email protected] I live in NC and don't have access to the great NY facilities of research and to me to have this much info available on one CD is invaluable. and that is all I have to say on the subject. 3. Mark it has three sections one for early families of Herkimer like the book one for early families of Scholarie and one for early families of Montgomery. just like the Herkimer book it is set up with the main families and also with a section on miscellaneous families. it is 20$ and I think well worth it. 2. Just trying to help: IF, you don't place your surnames in CAPS; viewers won't read them [that is what in this mad day rush they look for], then your effort will be wasted. Some people when they can't recognize the protocol, won't even bother with reading that posted. CEE

    1. [NYHERKIM-L] LOHMEIER
    2. Gary A. Dufel
    3. I have been the recepient of a number of circa 1900 family photos (unlabeled). An elderly cousin took a stab at identifying them and he believes a few are Lohmeier/Lohmeyer family members from Ft. Hunter/Tribes Hill, Montgomery County area. Is there anyone out there that is a Lohmeier, related to a Lohmeier, or knows a Lohmeier so that I can (a) possibly identify them, (b) get them into direct descendents hands? These Lohmeier's would be from the Minden area of Westphalia who are also related to Kruse and Dufel families by marriage. Gary Dufel [email protected]
