You are trying to be specific, a very helpful idea, but German Flatts is a town on the south side of the river and Herkimer is a town on the north side of the river (it is also a village within the town of Herkimer, but that confuses the issue). Moyer is a common name. So which Moyer are you looking for in either town? Two of their daughters were Mary Jane LOBDELL, born 1828, and married in 1848 Daniel Kingsbury and Lucretia LOBDELL born 1831 and married 1848 Marvin PARRISH. His (2) was a Susannah COX In 1825, Peter LOBDELL and family residing in Farmersville, Cattaraugus Co., NY. Cannot find him in 1820 or 1830 censuses.
