Hi Listers, I am revisiting an old topic as my brick wall seems to be getting higher. I recall a message some months ago about getting copies from the Allen County Public Library through PERSI for $7.50 per letter and $.20 per page. I have checked PERSI and see the list of volumes. This is a probably a very stupid question, but does "per letter" mean the same thing as "per request"? If I write to request 5 volumes, is the charge going to be $7.50 + $.20 per page?
