Barbara; Sorry. I mentioned Hallenbeck and then didn't go any further! Alberta Hallenbeck married Herbert Wright Greene, my grandfather(m) on 2/1/1899 in Coxsackie. She was the daughter of gg Albert Hallenbeck and gg Alzada Garrett. I think they were both born somewhere in Greene C.. In 1880, Albert is listed as living in New Baltimore, Greene C. He probably was a farmer and carpenter, and died in 1889. Alzada died in 1940 at 105 yrs. in Pittsfield, Mass! I have old, beautiful photos of the two women, did have some articles of clothing (tiny) and some initialed silverware. I would like to know more about Albert and Alzada among others.
