Linda I see your last name is Slawson. I think someone told me Slawsons and Ballards were connected. My GGGGrandfather was Asa Ballard. His son James Judge Ballard was my GGGrandfather. His son was Woodworth Ballard. Any connection to your family? I just checked my records and they spelled it Slauson. Ceily Slauson married Roxy Ballard and she traces back to Peleg Ballard the father of Asa.
