Dear Leslie Thank you very much for the information. As I was reading through some notes, when I saw your mention of Saratoga county that rang a bell and I believe that one of the families I am researching may have been there in the 1770-1800, before they moved on to Holland Land Purchase. The name I am researching is Van De Bogart and there are numerous spellings of it. There were 5 brothers (Cherrick, Nicholas, William, Joseph and Charles) and I think they all may have been in the Charlston area. Do you have any of them listed in the Tax District?
