I have a family story of possible Native American anccestry. I have Polly MC DONALD(may be Native American and adopted) or the possibility that her husband Watson FOSTER could be Native American. Both were born around 1816-1820. They lived in Lexington or that vicinity early in their marriage and then moved to Roxbury, Delaware county. The pictures that I have of some of their children look like they might very well be Native American. Any information or ideas would be helpful. Sue, Your Watson FOSTER of Roxbury wouldn't by chance be allied with a Gilbert FOSTER, would he? I have a Roxy FOSTER, daughter of Gilbert and Roxy (Ellis) Foster, who married a Jonathan Ballard.
