According to "The Heritage of New Baltimore," Bicentennial Committee, Town of New Baltimore, New York, 1976: "Staco Cemetery or Palmer Cemetery (end of Featherbed Lane on Staco Road) Quaker Meeting House stood here until 1891." Staco Road is in the northwest corner of the Town of New Baltimore, just east of the Greenville-New Baltimore town line and south of the border between Albany and Greene counties.
