OK, it took me awhile, but I think this would be a great idea. Was reading the email on Christopher Angle, mentioning his 1812 service. One of the things we've been talking about is that there is no comprehensive listing of who served inthat war. Well, let the list be the vehicle. I've created a folder on my computer to collect info, like that on Christopher Angle and will compile all this into a new webpage. So, for all listers, if you have info on YOUR ancestor or another Greene Co man, regarding his War of 1812 service, send it to the list so I can begin compiling the data. It is important to include: Name: Birth/death date: Parents names and particulars: Wife's name and particulars: Children's name and particulars: Regiment served in, length of service, whether pensioned etc. For those of you who may have already sent emails in the past that include some of this data, please resend! Zeke in Acra, please resend the info you did about Isaac Coffin's place etc. We should actually meet up, so I could take some pictures of the places you mention. I live just around the corner on Edison Timmerman Rd! Sylvia
