Hi Sylvia - I am quite new to this list, just for the last few months, and I am new to genealogy but I have been doing research on my maternal grandfather's side of the family and the family names are: O'Brien/O'Bryan, Lord, Madden, Webster, Slater, and I think Wolfen. Am always interested in sharing information. It seems that Tom in Vermont may be looking along similar family lines as I am ?!?! Thanks, Maureen On Mon, 19 Sep 2005 15:26:34 -0400 "Sylvia Hasenkopf" <esi@francomm.com> writes: > The list has been pretty quiet lately, and if your summer was as > crazy as mine, that is not surprising! There were descendants of Uncle James Olmsted and his nephew Richard in Greene County in 1820. In 1820 Moses Olmsted from Uncle James was a partition Commissioner for the Barker estate. The Richard line included a spouse for "The Patroon" daughter Jane.
