I have been trying to find land records for a deed of gift for my 3rd g-grandfather in Lexington, Greene Co., NY. The gift is mentioned in his father's will, but I can find no documentation for the property. We have looked at the courthouse in Catskill and at the Vedder Library in Coxsackie.
